Overview

HAF Consulting has been serving as the Technical Advisor to major banks and operators since its inception in 1997
During that time we have implemented financial and asset auditing and assurance which has generated cost efficiencies, both tangible and intangible, far in excess of our fees
In our role as Technical Advisor, HAF has also contributed to the development and improvement of many processes and procedures used in the operators day-today operations
During this period we have established solid working relationships with each of this projects’ relevant stakeholders
We believe implementing these services across other Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) projects could deliver similar cost efficiencies

HAF has served its clients for over a decade, providing expert strategic, financial and operational advisory services.
HAF team members have no less than 15-years of demonstrated success in a variety of international markets at the mid and senior management level.
HAF’s advisory team consists of more than 30 highly experienced industry professionals, each with between 15 and 40 years of experience.
HAF is equally experienced in both business development projects and hands-on operational assignments.
Most recently HAF has been successfully engaged with projects in Russia, India, USA, Poland, Bulgaria and Bahamas.
