HAF engaged as strategic advisor to India 3G auctions

HAF and KPMG engaged as strategic advisor to major regional operator in the preparation and bidding for 3G spectrum in India. The HAF role included pan-India benchmarking, spectrum valuation, predicted competitor valuation of spectrum, auction process training and mock auctions, auction strategy and tactics and auction participation management.
