Mike Coyne

Mike is a senior technical consultant with CTO and Director of Engineering experience. Mike has international experience with a wide range of technologies including UMTS and CDMA. Mike has a strong project management background and is a certified Nokia trainer. Mike has recent experience with expert testimony, high value equipment procurement and network auditing projects.

Doug Bergeron

Doug has a strong background in engineering design and network deployment across much of the USA, South America, Europe and Asia. More recently Doug has focussed on project management and has a range of project management qualifications. Doug has recent experience with both managing and contributing to numerous license applications and of drive testing and optimization of several network in USA, Europe and Africa.

Henrik Norback

Henrik has a diverse background in both finance and network roll-out management having had long international experience with firms including Ericsson and Three. Henrik takes on a range of project financing and business case creation roles as well as being able to take senior positions within a network roll-out organisation. Henrik has a long history with UMTS network deployment and has recent experience with network auditing projects.

Randy Oster

Randy is a senior technologist with R&D experience. Randy has the ability to provide a deep technological analysis of a wide range of technologies. Randy has also held a number of senior positions in the industry. Randy’s recent experience is in large equipment procurement projects, technology selection, business case creation and license applications and network deployment.

Roger Lakey

Roger is a highly experienced telecommunications project and network installation manager with over 30 years experience in more than 10 countries. Roger’s experience covers wireless and wireline network deployment having deployed many analogue, GSM and UMTS and fixed networks worldwide.

Rene Ververgaert

Rene is a seasoned Technical Director offering more than 20 years of combined experience administrating the start-up, development, and enhancement of business functions in the areas of telecommunications design, implementation and operations. Equipped with a strong background managing multi-million dollar budgets.

Areas of expertise include network roll out, network planning, supplier selection/management, company setup, business planning, fund raising, personal development building, client relations, budget development/administration, project scheduling and executing.

Fredrik Gisle

Fredrik is a seasoned senior marketing and commercial consultant having many years experience in the telecoms and media industries. He was previously Head of Marketing and Head of Commercial at Orange and has extensive GSM and 3G experience. Fredrik has extensive wireless auction/tender experience and a track record of successful business and marketing strategy creation, modelling and analysis and implementation.

Jay Dehejia

Jay is a successful executive and consultant in the fast -changing, complex international marketplace with proven record of managing companies in emerging countries of Asia. Extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, technology transfers, innovative technologies, and business practices in a variety of cultures. Entrepreneur with a broad understanding of the needs and requirements of key government officials and business leaders in developing countries and skills using private equity funds from the United States and Europe. Jay has directed and managed a $350-million network of 8 companies, 5 licensees, 4 joint ventures, and over 80 agents in 10 countries as Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer.

Marcia Robbins

Marcia has global media expertise and management of new business in U.S., Europe, Asia/Pacific, Latin America. Delivery for pay TV, broadcast, interactive, Internet, video platforms. This experience includes new market development, client initiation and relationship management, building businesses and managing on-going operations, creating growth strategy and tactical plans, contract negotiation and management of licensing/distribution/marketing functions, forecasting, business and strategic planning and due diligence on new business acquisitions.

Sandra Ryan

Sandra is a highly experienced Director of Marketing with over 25 years experience in the telecom and media arenas. Sandra’s experience covers brand strategy, distribution channel strategy/sales support, television advertising, market strategy, direct response/telemarketing, radio advertising, market research, relationship marketing, print advertising, new product/market launches, event marketing/trade shows and interactive multimedia.

John Lee

John’s experience covers over 20 years working with telecommunications equipment suppliers, network operators, regulatory groups and investment banks in over twenty-five countries. This provides John with an extensive background and solid reputation in the international telecommunications marketplace. Trained as an engineer in the field of radio communications, John has used this background to assist major players in the telecommunications industry to design, deploy, buy and sell equipment and operations.

John’s experience covers all facets of the wireless telecommunications industry. This experience has been gained through involvement in designing, planning, deploying and performing business analysis on cellular, fixed wireless, broadband wireless and satellite communications ventures.

Bill Loughman

Bill is an executive with significant experience in all aspects of operations, marketing, information systems, finance, business development and start-ups including five international telecommunication joint ventures. He is a focused, effective leader with a background of strong profit and growth results. Bill has experience as CEO, COO and CFO.

Paul Kearney

Paul has almost 40 years experience in the communications arena. His assignments include CTO and CEO positions with major telecoms operating companies including Motorola and Orascom. Paul was recently Group CTO for Orascom living in Cairo.
